Where are the refurbished units sourced from?

We source our units carefully from European insurance, telecommunications, retail and corporate sectors that often refresh their inventory. We then remanufacture the device by restoring these in specialised factories in accordance with our own quality control process.

How long will delivery take?

Under normal circumstances, it usually takes 5 to 10 days to arrive

Is my personal information safe with your website?

WE never sells or shares any of your personal information unless you have specifically opted in to receive offers from our partners. Additionally, during our inspection process all devices receive a full wipe and factory restore prior to or during inspection and we destroy any SIM or memory cards that our customers forget to remove.

Please Note: If you do forget to take out your memory card or SIM and your phone is sent to us, we will be unable to send the SIM or memory card back to you should you decide to cancel your transaction as they are destroyed immediately upon the start of the inspection process.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After receiving the goods, you can send an email to us and inform the specific information, and we will issue an invoice to you within 1 to 3 working days.

Do you change any parts on your products?

No. When our stock is received we fully test, grade and sell. There’s no tinkering invovled.

Do your phones come with a SIM card?

No. We think you should be free to choose whatever network you want. So all our phones are unlocked. All you have to do is pop in your SIM, on any network, and you’re good to go.


How is the recipient reimbursed?

After receiving the goods, you can send an email to us and inform the specific information, and we will issue an invoice to you within 1 to 3 working days.

Am I need to open an account to pay to you?

No, you don’t. You can make purchases and check out as a guest.
However, it will easy for you to reorder by open an account with us, don’t need to have detailed info each time. You can sign up right now, or start shop and create your account before you check out the shopping cart page.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, please check the product page information carefully when purchasing.

Will the shipping I paid be refunded?

You will receive a full refund, including shipping costs, when your return has been received and processed at our warehouse. The refund notification you will receive will not reflect shipping or warranty costs, however these costs WILL be fully refunded to you.


Where's my order

You should have got an email from us with your estimated delivery date and a tracking number. You can use that number to track your delivery to your door.If your order didn’t arrive when it should, email us at

What can I do if the tracking number shows it has arrived but I have yet to receive it?

When available, drivers will often leave boxes in a safer location, such as at a back door, side door, in a porch, or in a garage area. We also recommend checking with any neighbors that you believe might have signed for it in your absence.
Before submitting a claim, check your tracking number on the courier’s website to see if it identifies where the box was left for you.
If you still cannot find your package, please contact us via email by service@cellphonesbuying. Please be prepared to provide your daytime phone number for the courier claim.

Can I change my address once I place my order?

Unfortunately no. Because we try and process orders within the same business day and most orders are picked and packed within hours of submission, orders will ship with the address that was submitted with the order. We will be happy to cancel your order if it has not yet shipped. Please Note: Because we ship within 24 hours some orders may be processed within 1 hr of submission. If we have already shipped your order, you can return your device from the returns center!

Why was my order cancelled?

For your protection, we cancel any orders that are flagged as suspicious by our fraud team. We do not charge our customers for cancelled orders. A transaction on your statement may indicate an authorization hold has been placed on the funds associated with the order, but the authorization should be reversed within two business days. Occasionally, orders are cancelled because a customer has provided inconsistent information during the checkout process. If you believe your order was cancelled due to such an error, you should review the details of the transaction. It’s important to note that cancelled orders cannot be reinstated.
