    i have had the phone for a month now, and the only thing that has bugged me with the product is that i cant turn off the noise you get when you take a picture. everything else works perfectly fine. absolutely worth it

    I bought this to replace my old iPhone 8. Old phone would drain the battery in a few hours, and would constantly lose cell signal even when I was in an area that had good service. Only way to get it working was to turn it off, drop it, and turn it back on. After replacing the battery and the cell antenna, no change. So I broke down and bought this refurbished one, and so far am very happy. Looked pretty much brand new out of the box. Battery life seems as good as a new phone, and it works perfectly. Swapping phones was easy, just updated iOS on my old phone, did an iCloud backup, powered off old phone, swapped SIM card into the new phone, went through setup, and restored from the iCloud backup.

    Our 10 year old decided to spend his birthday money on a phone. We chose this- as everyone knows a 10 year old isn’t ready for a brand new phone. Worked perfectly straight out of the box and arrived THE NEXT DAY! . Customer service responded within MINUTES of me sending an email and were more than happy to assist with an exchange. Absolute 5 stars for them!!!
    I wasn’t sure about buying 2nd hand but this was absolutely spotless and with good battery life. Highly recommended.

    this is my second buy from this seller. No dents any where. Crystal clear screen. Battery service health is 93% which is much better than my last purchase of 86% (same seller) . Sim tray rubber is bit loose, tends to stick out when closing tray. Had to carefully push the rubber in while pushing the tray. Updated to latest ios smoothly. Good responsive touch. Sound, camera and microphone all are in great shape (as new). Would highly recommend to buy from this seller. Just watch out for battery service health,
