When the items are delivered to the Customer, the carrier will require a signature from the customer as acknowledgement of receipt.The Customer is encouraged to check the parcel methodically upon its arrival. If a parcel arrives damaged, the Customer’s reservations must be written on the delivery note in the presence of the carrier.Should no reservation be mentioned, the parcel is considered as delivered in good condition and no subsequent claims or complaints will be accepted by Cellphonesbuying.


We pack and ship all orders within 2 business days after being placed. Shipping is provided by FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery service or USPS. Please check your Order Status to confirm how your order was shipped. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.


You have a statutory 14-day right to return. Cellphonesbuying guarantees a full refund for any returned products, provided that all products are returned in the same condition they were in upon Your receipt. If the products are damaged in any way, Cellphonesbuying will either return the products to You or offer a paid repair service for them. 

Cellphonesbuying will issue a refund using the same payment method used to make the payment as soon as possible and at the latest within 5 days of receiving Your products. In some cases, such as during public holidays or for other reasons, the refund process may take longer. If we are unable to issue a refund using the same payment method used to make the payment, the refund will be issued via an alternative method acceptable to You.

You are responsible for packing the products in a careful and protective manner before sending them to us. The products are to be sent to us at the address and via the delivery service provider and manner specified in the instructions. You are responsible for the products until they have been delivered to cellphonesbuying. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The item must be returned in the sale condition, preferably in its original packaging.

The item must be returned with all its accessories present, (data cables, and warranty form) should the item fail to meet these conditions, it will be returned to the Consumer, at his/her expense.

The Consumer must systematically state his order reference and his name and complete address if he/she wants his request to be processed efficiently. The warranty sheet included in the packaging will give the Customer the opportunity to state the reason for return of the item.


Your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days of delivery to our warehouse. Please note that this payment should be reflected in your account within 2-3 business days after it has been issued.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
